Onion salad with celery and cucumber
- 2-3 pieces celery stalks;

- 2 leek stalks;
- 100 grams of nonfat cottage cheese;
- 3 tbsp. olive oil.
All vegetables and celery are chopped, the cucumber is cut into strips, mixed, seasoned with olive oil, salted to taste. Cottage cheese is added to the cooked vegetable mixture and the dish is ready.
- 200 grams of celery root;
- 500 grams of carrots;
- 400 grams of turnips.
