Researchers from the USA came to an interesting conclusion: it turns out that six cups of coffee consumed per day significantly reduce the risk of premature death. American oncologists even conducted an experiment, clearly confirming the benefits of daily consumption of coffee in such quantities.
Five hundred people made up a group of volunteers, whose age ranges from 40 to 80 years. For ten years, scientific researchers have closely followed the metamorphosis in the condition of the wards, noting the amount of drink drunk daily. At the end of a lengthy experiment, oncologists found out that people who consume more than five cups of coffee every day feel much more cheerful, and their sensations do not deceive them: in fact, their bodies are least exposed to the risk of premature death.
The researchers also noted that the risk is reduced by 15% no matter what type of drink you prefer. Does not spoil a good indicator and the lack of caffeine in it.
